The City of Conway Springs requires ALL dogs within the city limits to be registered annually (Code 2-201—2-204)
Proof of current rabies is required for dogs within the city limits.
A maximum of 3 dogs per household is allowed.
Annual registration fee of $5.00/dog paid to the city clerk’s office.
Registration year is January 1st—December 31st annually, full fee is payable regardless of time of registration.
Penalties for dogs running at large (Code 2-205—2-206):
First Offence—$25 impounding fine and $5/day boarding fee
Subsequent Offences—fine shall increase by $25/offence
plus a $5/day boarding fee
