On Friday, March 7, former Derby High School standout Madi Young’s current college team, the Central Arkansas Bears, lost 10-7 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Illinois State Redbirds.

The game took place at Farris Fields Complex. This was their first matchup against the Redbirds this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 4 p.m. at Farris Fields Complex against Illinois State Redbirds.
